Levante Brewing Company began as a homebrewer’s dream to create the perfect beer in a three gallon pot in a small apartment kitchen. Tim Floros and Eric Santostefano persisted, and spent countless hours researching and experimenting during their quest to make truly satisfying beer.

To fulfill a need to have complete control over the brewing process, the duo purchased a more professional ½ barrel three vessel system, giving them a solid platform to refine and perfect their beers. After the creation of several great recipes, the hobby transformed into a passion, and eventually a business.

Levante Brewing currently brews on a 15 barrel production brewery system located in West Chester, PA. In addition, Levante serves their beers at their new location, Levante at the Stables, in Downingtown, PA. Levante aims to deliver a variety of creative brews to beer lovers in Philadelphia’s western suburbs and beyond.

South Pacific Hop Cartel is an 8% ABV cloudy double IPA showcases that “New World” flavors and aromas of white grape, lime zest, passionfruit, and gooseberry from a very special blend of Australian and New Zealand hop varieties.

Wanna pick this one up? Levante beers can be found in 125+ bars and restaurants in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in PA and now in Center City Philadelphia.
