Stickman Brews was founded by Ethan Buckman, his cousin Jim Buckman, and Jim’s wife Kate Sorrento. Located in the former Sly Fox production brewery at 326 N. Lewis Road in Royersford, Stickman opened in December 2015.

Ethan began homebrewing at age 18, then completed an internship at the Church Brew Works in Pittsburgh, PA. He also worked for Hofbrauhaus in Pittsburgh, Mustang Brewing Company in Oklahoma City, served as the cellar master at Amalthea Cellars winery in Atco, NJ, and worked as head brewer at Free Will Brewing Company in Perkasie, PA.

Stickman Brews focuses on American twists of Belgian-inspired beers among other things. They like to keep busy, so they always have something new to offer from today’s popular IPAs to sours, seasonal beers, pilsners, lagers, witbiers, and farmhouse beer.

Young People Fun Party is an unfiltered pilsner. According to Stickman, “We all look cool drinking beers out of snifters and discussing hop varieties, but sometimes everybody just needs to relax. This unfiltered German-style pilsner has all the classic flavor notes.”

A special congratulations to Ethan and the Stickman team for their bronze GABF medal this year for Cousin Stoopid!

Wanna pick this one up? Stickman Brews has a cooler with 12 to 15 different beers available to go in cans.
