Ingenious Brewing Company, located near Houston in Humble, Texas, opened in March 2018. The brewery was founded by Mike, a multi-award winning homebrewer from Pennsylvania, and Justin, a Houston native. Both hold degrees in science and enjoy creating recipes by applying their knowledge of the chemical properties found in beer ingredients.
Ingenious Brewing Company brews fresh, unique beers in small batches. They enjoy brewing everything from non-traditional beer styles to popular favorites. “Ingenious” symbolizes their philosophy that brewing beer is equal parts science and creativity.
Vanilla Coconut Froyo IPA is a hazy Northeast IPA finished with fresh vanilla beans and coconut. The beer is part of a line of “Froyo” milkshake IPAs, which are brewed with various adjuncts.
