Muskoka Brewery is located in Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada in the heart of Muskoka. For twenty years Muskoka Brewery has been brewing up unique and refreshing beers.

Founded by Gary McMullen and Kirk Evans, Muskoka Brewery opened in June of 1996.

Muskoka Summerweiss is a limited seasonal brew available from May 1st to September 1st. The wheat beer is crafted with “visions of summer” in mind. The brewery describes the beer as “naturally hazy by design, the perfect balance of wheat, barley and subtle hopping makes this an intriguingly aromatic, flavourful and sessionable summer wheat beer.”

Summerweiss won the gold medal in the German Style Wheat Beer category at the 2013 Ontario Brewing Awards, the bronze medal in the Hefeweizen category at the 2015 Ontario Brewing Awards, the silver medal in the Hefeweizen category at the 2016 World Beer Championships, and the silver medal in the Wheat Beer category at the 2016 Canadian Brewing Awards.
