Aldus Brewing Company is located in the original Snyder’s factory building in Hanover, PA. During my recent visit, I picked up a 6-pack of American Blonde Ale, the flagship beer and one of owner Jason Mininger’s homebrew recipes.

Make Haste Slowly at Aldus Brewing
Owner Jason Mininger and head brewer Jeff Groves started brewing at Aldus Brewing Company in July 2014. The doors to the brewpub, located in the brewery building at 555 Centennial Avenue in Hanover, PA, opened in October 2014.
