Press release… GK Visual, a Midtown Harrisburg-based boutique video production company, recently was honored with two Telly Awards for its craft beer documentary project, Poured in PA: The Series.
“We continue to travel the Keystone State to collect stories of Pennsylvania’s craft beer industry. With every visit to a brewery or taproom we learn something new from the incredible individuals that we meet. We are very proud of this series and of the people’s stories that we get to tell,” said Nate Kresge, GK Visual Co-Owner and Executive Producer.
GK Visual is a five-person team comprised of Kresge; Doug Metz, Co-Owner and Head of Post-Production; Nicholas Chohany, Chief Editor; Sean Purcell, Editor and Motion Graphics Artist; and Sara Bozich, Writer and Producer.
Poured in PA: The Series is an ongoing storytelling series focused on Pennsylvania’s beer community. Through thoughtful interviews and high-impact videography, Poured showcases the people and places that comprise this history-rich, ever-evolving Pennsylvania industry.
Nearly 20 episodes, along with its feature-length, Mid-Atlantic Emmy-nominated predecessor, Poured in Pennsylvania, is available to stream free on YouTube at youtube.com/c/pouredinpa.
GK Visual earned two Telly Awards for the following:
- Poured in PA is a Gold Telly Winner in Online: Series: Food & Beverage
- Poured in PA is a Bronze Telly Winner in Online: Webseries: Non-Scripted
Poured in PA: The Series was the singular Gold awardee in the Food & Beverage Online Series category. It beat out shows created by MTV, PBS, and the German News Network Deutsche Welle.
