GK Visual announced that its documentary about the local craft beer community, Brewed in the Burg, will air statewide on the Pennsylvania Cable Network at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31 and 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21.
The documentary, created in partnership with local writer and Harrisburg Beer Week cofounder, Sara Bozich, takes a look at the local brewing industry. It features more than two dozen interviews with local brewers — including John and Chris Trogner of Tröegs Independent Brewery, Artie Tafoya of Appalachian Brewing Company and Al Kominski of Pizza Boy Brewing Co., among others — as well as homebrewers, industry professionals, and everyday beer drinkers.
Airtimes of Brewed in the Burg on PCN are possible thanks to sponsors ZerØday Brewing Co., Al’s of Hampden and Pizza Boy Brewing and Harrisburg Beer Week.
