Pennsylvania Craft Beer Documentary Nominated for Mid-Atlantic Emmy

Press release… Local video production company, GK Visual, announced that their feature-length craft beer documentary, Poured in Pennsylvania, has been nominated for a Mid-Atlantic Emmy in the Documentary category.

“We are incredibly proud of this film and the story it tells,” said Nate Kresge, Co-Owner and Executive Producer. “Personally, I’m proud of the team at GK Visual and what we are able to accomplish. It’s our hope that Poured in Pennsylvania will help lift up a thriving and vital industry in our state.”

From America’s oldest brewery to taprooms changing the landscape of small towns across the commonwealth — and so many in-between — GK Visual’s Poured in PAillustrates the importance of this ancient — but newly redeveloped — industry and its impact on Pennsylvania.

The award-winning film premiered in April 2018 and has been featured at more than a dozen film festivals around the country, as well as at community screenings throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.

The 2019 Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards will be presented on Sept. 28 at the Wyndham Grand in Downtown Pittsburgh.
