Søle Artisan Ales is Lehigh Valley’s only gypsy brewery. Founder and brewer Joe Percoco established Søle during the summer of 2015 with the release of Clink!, a Dry-Hopped Session Ale, which was brewed at Susquehanna Brewing Company.
