Locust Lane Craft Brewery in Malvern, PA was founded by a group of friends with a common passion for craft beer. Founded on the principles of providing fresh, simple and classic beer options to the craft beer community, their motto is “Simply Crafted.”
Tom Arnold homebrewed for more than a decade before completing the Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering for Breweries in Planning program through the American Brewers Guild. He spent nearly twenty years in the financial industry before opening Locust Lane.
Jason “Hoss” Cartwright brings a diverse sales background to the team, and Bryan Brockson brings his construction and engineering talents.
Locust Lane opened to the public on April 1, 2017. The brewery boasts a 15 barrel GW Kent brewhouse, which was purchased from Cape May Brewing.
The taproom features a long wooden bar in front of a large window, providing a great view of the brewhouse. The space also offers table seating, high-top tables, and a cozy living room area with a couch and side chairs. Additionally, there are picnic tables outside.
Grab a beer and watch your favorite sporting event on one of the televisions behind the bar, grab a board game, or check out the work of local artists, which rotates throughout the year.
