Miscreation Brewing Company, located in the center of downtown Hanover, PA opened in early 2015.

The two-story brewpub features a painted brick wall, which includes Miscreation’s eye-catching logo in white, punches of vibrant green paint, and a bench back made from recycled skateboards. The wall of windows in the front of the building offer great views of downtown Hanover.

There are several comfortable seating options in the brewpub. There are tables and a large booth near the entrance, as well as bar seating and tables upstairs. We chose the couches by the big screen TV upstairs.

Don’t worry about fighting for a spot at the bar because the friendly servers circulate often and will enter your order (for beer or food) into their handy dandy tablets.

PowderKeg – 6.4% ABV IPA brewed with Columbus and Citra hops
Spweach Impwediment – 4.8% ABV Peach Wheat
[dey-lahyt] – 5% ABV BLonde Ale (pronounced “day light”)
Illumination – 6.2% ABV Belgian Wit with Blueberries and Raspberries
MéHops à Troís – 4.7% ABV Triple Hopped Session IPA
The Conjuring – 7% ABV Cascadian Dark Ale
Bacchanale – 10.4% ABV Barleywine
Big Hill Ciderworks Hard Cider – 5.5% ABV Guest Cider

In addition to beer and cider, wines from Adams Vintners, Adams County Winery, and Knob Hall Winery are available by the glass. For the designated drivers, soda, fresh brewed iced tea, hot tea, and coffee are also available.

The food menu at Miscreation includes the “Award Winning Chili,” as well as finger foods like chips & salsa, pretzels & cheese, homemade spinach & artichoke dip, homemade buffalo chicken dip, and homemade Hub Pub Pretzels. Salads available include Chef Salad, Tuna Plate, Spring Caesar, and Blue Summer.

There are paninis with flavors like Stromboli, Buffalo Chicken, TBR (Turkey Bacon Ranch), Jalapeño Popper, Hawaiian Chicken, and Chipotle Chicken. Wraps including Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Provolone, and Tuna & Cheddar are also on the menu.
