About Big Bottom Brewery — Home of Al’s Pizza

Robert and Pamela Szajnuk purchased the Al’s of Dillsburg franchise from Al Haulman in 2006. In 2010, they were awarded the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s first Economic Hardship License for Malt Beverage and by 2012 offered the best draft beer selection in the Dillsburg area.

In 2017, they began brewing beer on-site as Big Bottom Brewery, supplying in-house craft beer for up to 10 of their 40 draft lines. Big Bottom Brewery beer also is distributed to other local restaurants, including Al’s Pizza of Enola, Hershey Biergarten, Gilligan’s West, MayApple Golf Course, Ski Roundtop, Greystone Public House, and Moozes LZ Bar & Grill.
