There are several reasons to visit Free Will Brewing Company in Perkasie, PA this December. Most of those reasons come in bottles to go.
On Sunday, December 6, 2015, Free Will released two delicious brews in 500 mL bottles. The first, Funky Hoppy People Saison, is an 8.5% ABV barrel aged hoppy rye saison, dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. The second offering, the 4.9% ABV Pomegranate Sour, is the latest offering from their lambic-inspired sour ale collection.
Other bottles available in the taproom included Snow Day Ale, Peach Lambic, Kriek Lambic, Grape Sour, Key Lime Lambic, Napoleon Reserve, Black Friday, and Blood & Guts.
On Sunday, December 13th, Free Will will release two more beers including DC Cranberry Farmhouse, a barrel aged saison with cranberries and featuring local malt from Deer Creek Malthouse, and Ralphius, a Russian-style Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels.
On Sunday, December 20th, Olly, a sour brown ale aged in barrels and foudres, will be released. This beer is a blend of 2-3 year old ales.
