Bolero Snort Brewery began to commercially produce beers in January 2013 after a year and a half of recipe development. Founder Bob Olson Jr. homebrewed since 2009 before applying his entrepreneurial spirit to his new passion.

Søle Artisan Ales is Lehigh Valley’s only gypsy brewery. Founder and brewer Joe Percoco established Søle during the summer of 2015 with the release of Clink!, a Dry-Hopped Session Ale, which was brewed at Susquehanna Brewing Company.
