Brix City Brewing Strawberry Jams, a 6.5% ABV Citra & Mosaic IPA with Vanilla, Lactose, & Strawberry

Appearance Hazy pinkish orange with a fluffy white head.
Aroma Strawberry ice cream. Seriously.
Taste Strawberry ice cream with punches of citrus and tropical fruit forward hops. Lingering hop flavor.
Mouthfeel Creamy feel with bright carbonation.
Overall Have your dessert, and drink it, too!

Brix City Brewing, located in the borough of Little Ferry in northeast New Jersey, was founded by two friends that shared a passion for beer.

Co-founder Pete left the Army after serving for four years, and co-founder Joe attended college as an accounting major.

Brix City is dedicated to bold styled beers that showcase intense flavor profiles including imperial IPAs, sours, pilsners, stouts, and everything in between.

Strawberry Jams is an IPA  double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops and conditioned on strawberry, vanilla, and lactose. Originally a special ‘brewer’s cask’ of Tasty Jams available in the taproom, the popular beer became a full batch this fall. Expect huge flavors and aromas of strawberry ice cream and pink Starburst followed by a creamy body and smooth vanilla finish.
