St. Boniface Craft Brewing Company was founded in the spring of 2010 by Jon Northup and Mike Price. They opened a one barrel nanobrewery in Ephrata, PA on February 2, 2011. The brewery was open to the public on Saturdays for sales.

St. Boniface moved to their new location at 1701 West Main Street, right next to the “Welcome to Ephrata” sign, in February 2013, and in the fall of 2013, Dain Shirey joined the ownership group. The current location includes a 15-barrel brewhouse and a cozy tasting room.

Craft beer lovers can visit the taproom for pints, growler fills, can sales, and tasty food made on site, including brick oven pizza and sandwiches. St. Boniface cans popular beers including Paideia APA and Libation DIPA. The Bohemian Pilsner is the latest can release from the brewery.

St. Boniface Pilsner is a 5.3% ABV Bohemian Pilsner that drinks clean and is quite refreshing. The brewery canned a small amount, so won’t last long. You can find it in cans and on tap at the brewery, as well as in cans at your local distributor or bottle shop.
