Appearance Reddish-brown with tan head.
Aroma Fresh apple pie and caramel with pleasant boozy notes.
Taste Apple pie notes followed by tropical fruits; finishes with hints of oak with subtle puckering sourness.
Mouthfeel Medium-bodied, lower carbonation.
Overall This delicious and unique brew is perfect, especially if you’re stuck indoors!

Bucks County’s Free Will Brewing Company has been offering a wide range of ales and lagers since January 2012. Recently, Free Will began expanded with a newer brewing facility being completed in the new space, which will offer over 13,000 square feet of brewing space. Snow Day Ale is a spontaneously fermented ale, born on a cold, snowy day. The sour ale offers notes of guava, toasted oak, caramel apple pie, and vanilla. Snow Day Ale is available in 500mL bottles.

Wanna pick this one up? Free Will beers are currently distributed through most of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, with expansion into New York City occurring in early 2015.
