Free Will Brewing Company is a full production brewery located in Bucks County, PA.

The brewery opened in January 2012, offering a variety of ales, lagers, sours, and barrel aged beers that are distributed through most of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York City.

The original brewery, located in a 8,000 square foot facility, produced about 3,250 barrels in 2014. The new brewing facility, located in the space above the original brewery, offers 13,000 square feet of brewing space.

In November 2014, Free Will opened a taproom, giving visitors a comfortable space to drink the delicious beers and watch the brewing process first hand.

Saison Delivery is a 10.5% ABV Dark Saison that was brewed for the Craft Brewers Conference, which was held in Philadelphia in 2016. Free Will brewed Saison Delivery in collaboration with Trinity Brewing Company in Colorado and McKenzie Brewhouse in Pennsylvania.

The dark Saison was brewed with dark candy sugar, honey, and grains of paradise. The beer was then foudre-aged with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria on Honeycrisp apples.
