Taste Bright citrus flavors with hints of spice balanced by bready wheat.
Mouthfeel Medium-bodied with bright carbonation.
Overall Summertime in a can!

It was just over a year ago when I first featured Oberon as a New Brew Review. Oberon not only deserves a second sip because it is one of my favorite summertime beers, but also for the first time it is available in cans.

Bell’s two most popular beers, Oberon Ale and Two Hearted Ale are sold in 16-ounce cans, and certain seasonal beers, including Best Brown Ale, Winter White Ale and Smitten Golden Rye Ale, are also available in cans.

Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast, combining spicy hop character and mildly fruity aromas. The use of wheat malt contributes to the smooth mouthfeel. This classic summer beer is available beginning in March through Labor Day in 6- and 12-packs of bottles, 4-packs of 16-ounce cans, and 5 liter mini-kegs.

We also know how important it is to serve your beer in the proper glassware, and Bell’s has taken this idea to the next level. Spiegelau in partnership with Bell’s Brewery, has introduced the new American Wheat Beer glass. You can purchase this glass at the official Spiegelau web store.
